why we built it

seeing friends used to start with a simple signal: i'm out, are you? social apps replaced that with audiences, metrics and permanence.

here. keeps only the signal. you tap here, add a photo or video if you feel like it, and the friends you've accepted can see you're around for the next hour.

what here. doesn't have

no follower counts, no likes, no comments, no stories, no algorithmic feed, no public map and no exact location.

what's left is presence, a light ping, and moments you and a friend choose to keep.

how we think about privacy

friends are mutual, media is private by default, locations are blurred to a broad area, and statuses expire after 60 minutes.

you can delete anything you've shared, and deleting your account removes it all for good.

who's behind it

here. is made by a very small team who wanted an app they'd actually leave installed. if something feels wrong, tell us — that's how it gets fixed.
